The annual Conference with international participation “Development Of Palliative Care For Adults And Children” whithin the framework of the project “Development Of Competencies Of Specialists In Palliative Medical Care” of the Hospice Care Association is the largest educational platform in Russia for specialists providing care to adults and children with severe progressive and life-limiting diseases.
This year the Federal Research and Practice Center for Palliative Medical Care of the First Moscow State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Sechenov University) is the co-organiser of the Conference, with support of the Russian Ministry of Health and the Presidential Grants Fund.
The event is held in a hybrid format (in-person and online). Participation is free of charge, upon prior registration.
The event complies with the Requirements for CME.

    A LITTLE HISTORY OF THE CONFERENCE

    Since 2015, the Hospice Care Professionals Association has held a conference with international participation "Development of palliative care for adults and children" in Moscow. Since 2016, the conference has been included in the official list of events of the Ministry of Health of Russia.

    MORE THAN 11,000 PARTICIPANTS

    Over the past six years, more than 11,000 specialists have participated in the conference - doctors, nurses, representatives of non-profit organisations, healthcare organisers and others interested in improving the quality and availability of palliative care in our country, as well as from Armenia, Belarus, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Croatia. 

    INVITED EXPERTS

    Recognised Russian and foreign experts in the field of palliative care are invited to the conference as speakers. Over the years, specialists from Austria, Great Britain, Germany, Israel, Italy, Poland, USA, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Scotland were able to share their experience with Russian colleagues.
